The RSI-X model is in a completely new category of folding electric bike; it's a hybrid between a mountain bike and a folding bike, with the best advantages of both! It has a curved frame, making it easier to get on and off the bike. The front fork suspension and large fat tires give the bike a very smooth and comfortable ride, perfect for bumpy urban areas and dirt roads. The RSI-X electric bike is equipped with a top-of-the-line Shimano disc brake system and a 7-speed Shimano drivetrain. The RSI-X features two folding mechanisms: one on the main frame and another at the handlebar base. This allows it to fold down to a very compact size, making it highly portable. It fits easily in the back of a small car and, being foldable, is ideal for taking on public transport. The RSI-X has a large 36V 10Ah HUPO lithium battery and is equipped with a powerful 36V 250W RKS rear motor. It also comes with an LCD screen that displays speed, distance traveled, remaining battery life, and allows you to select the level of electric assistance. It has five electric assistance modes, starting very gently with mode one and increasing power up to five. It also has a 'Sport' mode for steeper climbs. The average distance per charge is about 40-70 km (up to 100 km depending on the terrain and which of the five assistance levels you are using). The maximum speed is 25 km/h according to European legislation, and the battery charging time is 4-6 hours.
